Arctic Quest
By Alawar Entertainment
With a wave of his icy fingers, the Snow King unleashed a bitter frost on the tropical islands across Earth. Palm trees iced over, fish were frozen solid in the seas and birds could no longer take flight. Setting up a palace on the edge of this arctic wasteland, the Snow King''s chilly spirit took pleasure in expanding his kingdom beyond the North Pole. To safeguard his empire, he built a chain of 60 puzzles meant to stop even the wisest sage from reaching his castle and breaking the spell. In Arctic Quest, you set out to solve the puzzles, each of which takes the shape of an animal or other tropical wonder. As pieces of ice fall from the sky, you grab them with your mouse, rotate them and place them on a grid within the puzzle, filling in the shape and returning warmth to the island bit by bit. If the waters that surround your once balmy home fill up with unused ice, your quest will fail. Luckily, a small fire burns on your land, allowing you to melt surplus ice. You can also earn bonuses that grant you various powers, such as the ability to smash excess ice or paint in portions of the grid.

Remote Shutdown
By Coruscant Ltd.
RemoteShutdown allows an NT/2K/XP Administrator to remotely shutdown any number of NT/2K/XP Workstations over which they have administrative control via either a GUI interface or a command-line interface. You can specify a delay, which can either be an absolute time (eg. 8pm) or a relative time (eg. "20 minutes from now"), during which a message you specify can be displayed. Alternatively you can specify a shutdown without warning. Applications running on the target machine(s) at the time of shutdown can be allowed to close, or can be terminated immediately. Whilst a delayed remote shutdown is taking place, you can abort the shutdown of any or all of the workstations on the shutdown list. You can also perform a delayed shutdown of your own (local) machine, with optional support for APM power-off Options can be set via both a GUI and a command-line interface. Groups of workstations can be specified in the GUI and saved* for use later with either the GUI or command-line interface, allowing repetitive automated shutdowns to be performed. To make full use of RemoteShutdown you must be running Windows NT/2K/XP. Whilst you can still do local delayed shutdowns under Windows95/98/ME, remote shutdowns are not supported.
