Automation software to replicate directories and synchronize files, backup documents or distribute data automatically, mirroring important folders from a Windows NT/W2K/XP server toward another, checking a list of source folders at regular time intervals and updating target folders with new or modified files including sub-directories. Backup documents, photos, PDF or other files and maintain automatically selected folders copies, entire trees copies to a second local or network destination, distributes changes to defined workstations. Idem will check and copy files or folders security information ie ACL permissions on NTFS partitions and files and folders attributes ie hidden, system, archive, etc. Synchronize and transfer data across local or network drives each time the existing files are modified in original folders or newer files are created. Idem detects changes and will copy or dispatch them into destination folders according your setup parameters. Destination can be several computers within a network, you can define many couples of source-target locations. Used as a desktop interactive program or as a Windows service, the software supports Windows, Unicode and Macintosh filenames with its peculiar structures served on a Windows NT 4.0/2000/XP server running MacFile/SFM (Services For Macintosh). The main purpose of this program product is to provide opportunity to synchronize contents of operating system folders. You may use it to synchronize folders on main and backup file servers, on mobile and office computers, on hard disk and removable media and in many other cases. This comparison utility will compare and verify your files based on your choice of Data, Size, Timestamp and, or CRC. DESCRIPTION: ------------------------ MIDICLOCK can be used for synchronization of MIDI devices. The BPM rate of the clock signal can be set, and the MIDI real time clock protocol is sent out with the precision of the Windows multimedia timer. The clock signal can be started/stopped/adjusted by pressing keys or sending MIDI-IN patch change commands. HINTS: ------------ 1. MIDIClock can be used to synchronize multiple sequencers/synths. You can do this using MIDIYoke (get it at www.midiox.com). Connect MIDIClock to MIDIYoke Junction 1 output. As MIDIYoke is a multiclient driver, you can connect multiple sequencers/synths (such as rebirth, AN1x,...) to MIDIYoke Junction 1 MIDI input. 2. Don''t forget to push Ctrl+Alt+s if you wish to save your settings. It saves into clockpresets.ini. 3. Basic MIDI control (program change) of tempos can be set from the GUI. Just send the desired patch change to the program''s selected midi in. Adjust to the according tempo and press apply. The program change message is now linked to the tempo. Midi channels are numbered from 1 to 16. The Program numbers are numbered from 1 to 128. 4. By editing the clockpresets.ini file, you can achieve even more advanced remote control of midiclock. Enable HexSpy to monitor the incoming midi messages. It will help you determine which entries you need to add to the ini file. The BPM_PRESETS section contains the tempo settings for all patch selects. You can add action codes to any of these entries.
