Mediaware Task Manager
By Mediaware
Mediaware Task Manager 3.0 is a collection of three powerful utilities. Process Explorer supplies detailed information about all applications and processes running on the system, allowing users to easily identify and terminate unwanted programs. Startup Explorer offers an overview of the programs executed at Windows startup, provides the means to control which of them should be prevented from loading automatically, and optionally notifies the user whenever a program has registered itself for automatic startup. Thus, Startup Explorer can help reduce security risks and increase system performance significantly. Launcher is a tool that may improve daily computer life by enabling fast hotkey access to an intelligently managed list of frequently used programs.

FileLink
By GdP Software
Unix users know and love it, now Windows users have the ability to give a single file multiple names. If you have the existing file C:\DOCS\FILE.DOC and execute the command FileLink C:\MEMO\ANOTHER.DOC C:\DOCS\FILE.DOC, the data of the file will exist only once, but it is accessible in 2 directories using 2 different names. Changes to the contents of one file affect both... Limitations: The link must be on the same disk. The disk-drive must be formatted using NTFS 5 or higher. NT2000 or higher.

Virtual Serial Port Driver 9x
By SoftInfinity
Virtual Serial Ports Driver (VSPD) is a Windows device driver. Using it you can create two virtual serial COM ports in your system which will be virtually connected to each other. For example, after installing VSPD, you will have Virtual Serial Port COM5 and Virtual Serial Port COM6 added to your system. These ports will behave like real common serial ports to other Windows applications. These ports will not interact with any hardware. The idea is: all data sent by other application to COM5 will arrive at COM6, and all data sent by other applications to COM6 will arrive at COM5. So, the application, that listening COM5 will get all data, sent by other application to COM6 and vice versa.
