Attachment Processor is a powerful multifunctional manager of attached files in the Microsoft Outlook messages. The program can 1) automatically extract attachments from the incoming messages and save them to your hard disk (extracted attachments are replaced in the incoming message with a link to the file on the disk or a text file with an attachment description as well and a link to it); 2) automatically pack the attachments by ZIP in the outgoing messages; 3) create password-protected archives; 4) automatically pack by ZIP all incoming attachments or only specific attachment types; 5) automatically unzip all incoming attachments. Attachments Processor works in Simple and Advanced modes. In the Advanced mode the user can set up individual rules for processing attachments in different messages and folders. In both modes there are different schemes available: seven basic schemes for naming folders on the disk where attachments are saved and seven basic schemes for renaming attachments. Also Attachment Processor supports an elementary macro-language used for creating individual naming schemes. The program contains an utility for updating links in the message base of Microsoft Outlook. This utility is extremely essential when the folder with attachments is moved to another location (folder or disk). Also, there is an utility for managing the list of attachment types, which are blocked by the Outlook security system (only for Internet Mail). Attachments blocked by the Microsoft Outlook security system can be saved on the hard drive. The program works both in manual and automatic modes.

Actual Contacts for Outlook(ACO) is a Microsoft Outlook add-in for updating your address book and monitoring validity of e-mail addresses in the contacts. Select the contacts you wish to update and ACO will send them a message containing a form to fill. The respondents will be able to update their data in your address book by filling out the form. This program is also able to check your address-book. It takes it a few minutes to inform you about the contacts that contain invalid email addresses. The add-in also supports validation of the recipient list in Mail Merge Mode in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word (a mail merge function is prerequisite for version 2002 or later ones). In order to check an address, ACO imitates sending a message to this address. When the server confirms or doesn''t confirm the existence of this address, the program cancels message sending and finishes the session correctly. So, address verification is technically correct and cannot be noticed by the address owner. Now Actual Contacts has the full functionality of Contacts Verifier which was earlier offered as a separate solution. Tasks that can be solved with ACO: 1) Updating your contacts. This is the main purpose of the program. To do it, just specify parameters and send the update request. 2) Collecting additional information. It often happens that new contacts are acquired during after exhibitions and seminars where you may only have managed to note their names and e-mail addresses. ACO will help you to collect the missing information quite easily! 3) Simple surveys. Customizable templates (with different fields included in the form) make the program a simple to use information tool. 4) Updating your contact information in your respondents'' address books. You can add information about yourself in the VCard format to your update request. Almost all e-mail clients and mobile devices can import this information into their contact lists.
Add Contacts

Add Contacts automatically adds e-mail addresses to the contacts folder when you reply to a message and/or send a new message. This will help you avoid losing addresses of people you correspond with. Moreover, the collected addresses can be used for mail filtering. For example, you can use the Rule Wizard to have messages from certain senders (whose addresses are in the address book) placed in a separate folder to ensure that their message will be dealt with greater priority and no important messages will be lost with deleted spam. Some spam filters also check the contact folder to rule out erratic responses to recognised senders. When a contact is being created, the add-in attempts to detect the name corresponding to the e-mail address automatically. So, if you have received a message from the address "John Smith" [smith@mail.com], the new contact created by the program will be named John Smith. However, if name detection fails, the add-in attempts to retrieve it from the message body itself. For example, if your message begins with the string "Dear John, :", the program will automatically extract the name from the greeting and create a contact named John. You can disable automatic name detection in the program settings. You can also enable the option - category assigning of created contacts. If a category is assigned to a message while sending, the same category will be assigned to the created contact. You can choose any folder as the contact destination, either in your personal mailbox or in public folders on Microsoft Exchange server. When adding a contact, Add Contacts checks the folder for possible duplicates. In the program settings, you can also instruct Add Contacts to search for contact duplicates, over all contact folders in your personal mailbox besides the specific destination folder. In contrast to another survey applications, Easy Survey uses the possibilities afforded by Microsoft Access for form creation. It allows you to make the survey form quickly and simply. You need only create the essential tables in Microsoft Access and create a Form for the survey on the basis of these tables. After that, the Easy Survey Wizard will help you to make a "Survey Project" which you can then use in Microsoft Outlook. When the "Survey Project" is created, the special add-in for Microsoft Outlook will create an HTML message with the questionnaire which can be sent out with only two mouse clicks.
