EMSA EZ Encryption Tool is a simple encryption program for Windows. This program uses the Blowfish algorithm to encrypt files or text chunks. This algorithm is a strong encryption algorithm using a private key, therefore keeping your data safe from prying eyes. In order to encrypt files, the user must click on the ''Encrypt File'' button which will select the input plain file and the path to save the encrypted output file. To decrypt files, the user must click on the ''Decrypt File'' button which will select the input ecncrypted file and the path to save the decrypted output file. To encrypt text, the input text should be copied into the top textbox, then using the ''Encrypt & Encode Text'' button the text will be encrypted. This procedure also encodes the resulting text using the standard Base64 encoding, because the result of encryption is not text but binary data and therefore it cannot be copied safely into documents, and the Base64 encoding ensures that all binary data is converted into a text format which can be copied into other documents. The program also provides standard Base64 encoding and decoding as a separate function. This program is Freeware.

Do you need better control over your filesystem? f2xml provides that control. f2xml creates customised XML, HTML or TEXT based reports on your file system or removable storage (CD''s, floppy disks, etc). The HTML and TEXT based output provide self contained reports. The XML format allows for further analysisthrough XSLT to provide whatever details you need from your file system. GUI, command line and DLL interface are provided. f2xml provides detailed information on what is stored on your disk(s) and allowing a wide variety of disk based tasks and reports, such as: Finding zero length (empty) files Listing duplicate files Sorting files and folders to find the largest files. Keep track of all files stored on CD''s, or floppy disks such that they can be accessed without re-loading the media (eg for large music collections archived to CD). For example, when you write a new CD, run f2xml against the CD to list the contents as a web page. Save that to a ''CD'' folder so that you can quickly find items from it later. Extract images from a file hierarchy and present as a web page, or set of web pages. Create web pages with thumbnail images, linking to the full images. Find all MP3 music files on your disk. Fast file searches looking for file names, sizes, those created in the last hour, content, etc. The output may be further refined. For example, to search for all DLL''s, then run a second utility to check that each DLL is the current version. Provides a base set of functionality for a customized disk management capability -- delete all backup files, show me the new files since the last snapshot was taken, what new dll''s have been placed on my system...

Aib begins as a simple executable program with blank data files (memory). Aib uses no preconfigured sentence structures or word databases. For Aib to learn and figure out what to say, he uses a "Stream-Of-Consciousness" logic base developed by Matthew Rodgers, founder of Isomer Programming. A Stream-Of-Consciousness logic base is not just a Statement-Response sequence. Aib compares the current situation to past situations of more than just one statement length and decides how to respond based on how users have responded. If more than one response is possible for a given statement, Aib will respond with the phrase most used by all users Aib speaks too. After a while, Aib will begin to understand concepts and even create his own original sentences and ideas using substitutional arrangements. Aib can be taught using a force-teach function, and can even be programmed to open documents for you with your own personalized commands. Aib has more functionality than just carrying on conversation with the user. Aib also has Text-To-Speech Synthesis and Speech Recognition capabilities by using the Microsoft Speech SDK 5.1 (R). Text-To-Speech Synthesis allows Aib to talk aloud to the user through computer speakers, and Speech Recognition allows the user to talk to Aib without using the keyboard. Aib can read documents to you, you can save readings to .wav format, and even have Aib read a .wav file. He can remind you of appointments or open an internet site for you. Aib has come a long way since the original 1995 version. OLD Aib was written in Borland Turbo C++ and resembled a DOS script. The new Aib was written in Microsoft Visual C++ (R), originally beginning in 2002.
