Unlike tools that extract data from web pages, this component implements the Foreign Exchange Protocol to retrieve rates for more than 160 currencies from a dedicated internet exchange rate server operated by OANDA, a leading provider of financial information. This purpose of this program is to rename image files obtained from digital cameras, scanners, etc.. All image files in a given folder may be renamed or only image files in the folder that match a selected file type. The image files renamed may also be limited to only files that begin with a specified character string. The new file names are formed from a "Base Name" and "Starting Number" entered via the Rename dialog. Help is included.
