I began to learn cooking Chinese food from my mom when I was 9. When I was 12, I began to help my aunt in the kitchen (this was how I paid for my school clothes and supplies). In the past 10 years, I never stopped learning cooking. I always bring my favorite Joyce Chen wok with me whenever I move to. But I never thought of coming up with a cookbook until 1997. After one and a half years of work, I came up with the Chinese version cookbook in 1998 and got it published with a national publisher. About 560,000 copies have been sold since then. WorldTimer is a user configurable world clock that can display a number of clocks using different time zones. Each clock can be configured to display with either a digital or analog clock face. The user is able to configure the appearance of the clocks to suit their own tastes. Almost all aspects of WorldTimer are user configurable, including the font and colour used to display text. Clocks may be digital or analog and a combination of both may be displayed at the same time. In addition to this, WorldTimer contains the ability to add user configurable countdown timers. WorldTimer is especially useful for people who are in contact with friends and business associates in other parts of the world. Should you ''lose'' the clock window, a quick click on the WorldTimer icon in the system tray will bring it to the top again. WorldTimer can update your system clock using the SNTP network protocol. This option can be enabled or disabled, and can be set to update your system clock once when WorldTimer starts, or at regular intervals determined by the user. If the system clock does need updating, a maximum correction can be tested for. Bingo caller is a donationware bingo calling software package. Ideal for small clubs, pubs, parties, etc. Anywhere that you need to call bingo numbers out! Bingo caller will pick numbers at pseudo-random from a choice of 75 or 90 (US/European/Australian bingo), and display them in a large font on your screen, suitable for projection, television or PC display. Bingo Caller can optionally show you the rhyming call for the number, in a smaller font underneath. You can edit the rhyming call file to customise it to your requirements. Bingo Caller supports speech synthesis, and can speak the drawn numbers and the rhyming calls if required. When you have a call for a line or house, you can press ESC and see all the called numbers on the grid, including the current number and also the total count of numbers drawn so far. If the call is void you can resume drawing. Number calling can be advanced by either pressing the mouse/keyboard, or setting a draw interval in seconds. It can be paused/unpaused with the P key.
